Usually recorded in London’s glittering West End, Richard Herring’s award-winning podcast RHLSTP (that’s RHLSTP to the cool kids) is hitting the road — and heading straight to Chelmsford Theatre!

Join the “Podfather” (The Guardian), “King of the Internet” (Time Out) and “UK’s online comedy pioneer” (The Times) as he welcomes brilliant star guests for hilarious, no-holds-barred chat.

Joining Richard on the night are two very special guests: Vittorio Angelone and Stevie Martin, for a live recording packed with laughs, candid chat and unexpected revelations.

Vittorio Angelone is an Italian-Irish comedian raised in Belfast and one of the most exciting rising stars in stand-up. Known for his sharp, thoughtful comedy and hugely popular online sketches, Vittorio has amassed millions of views across social media and podcasts. He has already completed two sell-out world tours and has supported major comedy names including Russell Howard, Jason Manford, Adam Rowe and Sam Morril.

Stevie Martin is a British comedian, actor and writer celebrated for her razor-sharp wit and engaging performances. She has appeared on hit TV shows including Taskmaster, Mitchell & Webb Are Not Helping, and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. With over 45 million views worldwide for her online comedy, Stevie is now returning to live stand-up, with her UK Spring tour almost completely sold out.

Located in the heart of Chelmsford's West End, we are only a 10-minute walk from Chelmsford train station and a short distance from many of the city's car parks.

By Train

Chelmsford Train Station is a short walk from the Theatre. You can look at Greater Anglia to check which trains stop at Chelmsford Station.

By Bus

Chelmsford Bus Station is just around the corner from the Theatre. You can look at First Essex to check which buses stop at the Chelmsford Bus Station.

By Car

The closest parking to the Theatre can be found at Townfield Street car park (open till 11pm Mon to Sat but closes at 6pm on Sun), Coval Lane car park (entrance via Rainsford Lane, open all hours) and Fairfield Road car park, (entrance via Coval Lane, open all hours but there are restrictions in place Mon to Fri before 5pm, Fairfield Road car park is also used extensively by people visiting the city in general and travelling to London on the train so can be very busy at all times).
