Ticket Types

School group booking is £15 each ticket with 1 in every 10 free. Schools performances open to the public on Thursday 1 October.

Group booking 10+ is 10% off (excluding preview and relaxed shows)

Family ticket: Gold (Super Peak) £121, Silver (Peak) £111, Bronze (Non Peak) £101, Green (Schools) £80 (two adults and two children / one adult and three children)

Friday 27 November is a preview performance, all tickets are discounted at £19.50 each

Wheelchair accessible and essential companion tickets must be booked via our Access Scheme

Accessible Performances

Tuesday 29 December 2pm performance will be captioned

Wednesday 30 December 2pm performance is BSL interpreted.

A relaxed, sensory adapted performance takes place on Mon 28 December at 2pm. This is perfect for anyone with special needs and very young children.

Current Access Scheme members can purchase special allocated seating to the front left-hand side of the stalls through the website when logged in as an Access Scheme member. These seats are represented as red stars on the seating map. Click here for information on our Access Scheme.

Cinderella

You shall go to the ball next Christmas as Cinderella and friends will be arriving, carriage and all, at Chelmsford Theatre for the 2026 pantomime spectacular! 

Cinderella is kind, friendly and spreads joy wherever she goes. She lives at her family home with her rotten stepsisters who are cruel to Cinderella and make fun of her caring nature.
Undeterred by their wickedness, Cinderella happily gets on with the daily demands thrown her way, until she meets a dashing stranger and receives a royal invitation that will transform her life forever.

Expect magic, mayhem, royal balls, fairy godmothers, major glow ups and a touch of ugly! Will our Cinders ever make it to the ball? It’s very likely, but you’d better come along just in case!
