Reconnect with yourself, enhance wellbeing and connect with others on your lunch break.

Kick off the session with refreshing Yoga and Pilates exercises, led by expert instructors. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, there will be movement options to ensure everyone feels comfortable and maybe a little challenged. Expect to nurture your body, improve flexibility and relieve tension.

After the movement session, you will have the opportunity to join a cosy gathering where you can chat with the wellbeing practitioners exploring topics like mindfulness, stress management and self care.

You can ask questions and share your own experience and listen to others experiences, empowering everyone in the group. After this, recharge in our cosy cafe with an exclusive lunchtime offer.
