Each session will be refreshing, with light exercise, led by expert instructors. There will be movement options to ensure everyone feels comfortable and maybe a little challenged. Each session will take on a slightly new focus, so you can expand your mindfulness journey. 

Expect to nurture your body, improve flexibility and relieve tension. After the movement session, you will have the opportunity to join a cosy gathering where you can chat with the wellbeing practitioners exploring topics like mindfulness, stress management and self care. You can ask questions and share your own experience and listen to others experiences, empowering everyone in the group. After this, recharge in our cosy cafe with an exclusive lunchtime offer.
