Creative Education: Script Writing (7-11)
Our creative education programme aims to ensure that all children have access to high-quality creative experiences. We promise smaller group sizes, and challenging, engaging sessions lead by professionals in their industry.
Join our Playwriting for Kids workshop with local playwright Kate Austen. No experience needed! In one fun, collaborative session, you’ll:
• Warm up together with games
• Discover how plays come to life—characters, setting, dialogue
• Team up at music, photo, and prop stations to brainstorm ideas
• Pair up to build a character and write a quick 4-line dialogue
• Use our simple template to craft a mini scene as a team
• Those who wish to can share their stories at the end of the session
• Every child leaves with a short play idea and a blank template to keep creating at home!
