From the deepest darkest despair, Matt and Liam have managed to find a way of challenging the grief of their children dying to provide the support that was missing for them during their losses.

From the day it happens to returning to work, from the differences between mums and dads to pregnancy after loss. The dads have created a toolkit for surviving loss in a practical, humorous, and accessible way.
